Testing is a critical but often misunderstood step in improving campaigns’ public communications. While most typically applied to campaign emails, A/B and multivariate testing can also help optimize social media posts, website design, online ads, and (most importantly) organizing scripts. In this session, participants will come to understand how to properly test messages, and when to conduct tests. We’ll also walk through how to implement complex testing strategies across different platforms.
