Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, progressives have been looking for virtual organizing solutions to care for one another during this unprecedented crisis. We stand at a pivotal moment. We know that the mutual aid infrastructure we build today will save lives tomorrow, and that meeting this challenge will require successful, large-scale organizing. This training will cover the basics of the "leaderful" organizing model, including assessments, one-on-ones, and more, with a focus on using this model to support mutual aid efforts.
