Katelin Penner (she/they) is a junior at Wesleyan University studying government and American Studies. They are currently serving as Communications Director and a policy aide for District Leader Samuel Nemir Olivares, and a policy researcher on Dianne Morales's Mayoral campaign, and formerly served as a research affiliate for Housing Rights Initiative. She loves community land trusts, social housing, turning vacant lots into social housing, progressive urbanism, and wonky land use things.
