Winn Periyasamy is a first year law student and Stein Scholar at Fordham Law School. She has worked as a health policy advocate with Physicians for a National Health Program - NY Metro Chapter and the Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies (FPWA). Her writing has appeared in the Guardian, City and State NY, Gotham Gazette, Gay City News, and more. She earned her Master's of Public Health in Sociomedical Sciences with a Certificate in Social Determinants of Health at Columbia University.
